The living room is fairly large, and the dining room is double height. This 5000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom duplex has a fairly large living room and a double-height dining room. The clients are empty nesters, and their brief was to design a home for themselves that was cozy, soothing, modern, luxurious, and minimalist. They both have green thumbs and needed enough space indoors and out to accommodate their current plants. They also stated their preference for natural materials, such as natural teak wood for furniture and natural breathable fabrics
linen and cotton.
